At Giovanni and Son, we process orders according to client specifications. Due to the possibility of damage during shipment at no fault of Giovanni and Son, each order is packaged using the Giovanni and Son protection band to ensure the hair remains uni-directional with the cuticle position unaltered.
Purchases made in-store must be returned within five (5) days of the purchase date with the original receipt.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS ARE ALLOWED!
For online purchases, exchanges or in-store credits will be given pending an inspection of the returned merchandise. The hair must be returned in the original Giovanni and Son packaging with the protective band intact within five (5) days of receipt. If the Giovanni and Son Seal is broken we cannot honor your exchange request. Store credits are good up to one year after the return date of the merchandise.
Giovanni and Son does everything possible to ensure merchandise is received within the shipping time purchased. If package receipt is delayed due to shipping constraints unforseen and at no fault of Giovanni and Son, shipping charges will not be refunded. Again, every effort will be made to ensure your order is received in a timely manner.
